The entire HiOne series supports two installation methods: wall-mounted and floor-standing, with an IP66 protection rating, allowing indoor/outdoor installation.
Environmental requirements: Operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to +55℃, relative humidity is 0~95% without condensation, installation altitude ≤4000m. It should be installed away from flammable and corrosive substances and heating equipment to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation.
A:HiOne features an integrated design, with a single battery pack weighing only 67kg. It can be carried by one person and easily installed by two people, significantly reducing labor costs.
Adopting plug-and-play and wire-free stacking design, the overall installation takes only 15 minutes (5 minutes for battery stacking + 5 minutes for cable connection + 5 minutes for cloud intelligent commissioning), which is much faster than traditional energy storage systems.
As an all-in-one BESS, HiOne integrates inverter, battery, and EMS into one compact unit, with a thickness of only 255mm. Compared with traditional split energy storage systems, it saves over 20% floor space and 50% wall space, suitable for narrow garages or equipment rooms.
Supports stackable battery design, single battery 8kWh (314Ah large-capacity cells), single inverter can stack up to 8 batteries, and the system capacity can be flexibly expanded from 8kWh to 64kWh. Built-in DC-DC optimizer supports mixed use of new and old batteries without voltage balancing.
No complex manual debugging is needed; cloud intelligent debugging can be completed through the S-Miles Cloud/App.
The system is equipped with a full-automatic self-inspection function. During debugging, it can detect 90% of common installation faults (such as reverse CT connection, loose cables, abnormal grid-connected parameters, etc.) and pop up real-time reminders for on-site immediate repair, avoiding secondary visits.
The official standard configuration includes all necessary accessories such as mounting brackets, expansion screws, positioning plates, and communication cables, no additional purchase is required.

HiOne is divided into two major series: single-phase (3.6-12kW) and three-phase (8-20kW). The core grid-connected rated output power is as follows:
Single-phase: 3.6kW/4.6kW/5KW/6kW/8kW/10kW/12kW.
Three-phase: 8kW/10kW/12kW/16kW/20kW.
The maximum grid-connected apparent power of three-phase models can reach 22000VA (HiOne-20T-G3), with a power factor >0.99 (0.8 leading ~ 0.8 lagging) and total harmonic distortion THDi<3%, meeting grid-connected power quality requirements.
Maximum input voltage: 600V for single-phase, 1000V for three-phase.
MPPT configuration: Single-phase supports up to 4 MPPTs (18A per channel), three-phase supports up to 4 MPPTs (20A per channel), compatible with high-power PV modules and multi-orientation rooftop installations.
Recommended maximum PV power: Up to 24000W for single-phase (12kW model), up to 40000W for three-phase (20kW model), supporting 200% DC/AC oversizing to significantly improve photovoltaic power generation efficiency.
Integrates comprehensive safety protections: AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter), anti-islanding protection, PV reverse connection protection, residual current monitoring, AC overvoltage/undervoltage/short circuit protection, DC Type II/AC Type II surge protection, etc.—all factory-built for safe grid connection.
Supports Generation Control Function (GCF). Zero feed-in grid connection can be realized when there is no other power generation equipment on the grid side.
With Hoymiles gateway, 0ms seamless switchover is realized, no voltage interruption, and sensitive equipment such as ventilators can run continuously.
Supports whole-home backup and partial-home backup. With the gateway, the whole-home load can be directly connected without complex rewiring. A single gateway can connect up to 2 HiOne inverters.
Off-grid output voltage: single-phase 220/230/240V±5%, three-phase 380/400V±5%; frequency 50/60Hz±0.2Hz. Three-phase models support unbalanced output to adapt to asymmetric loads.
