In Thailand, Hoymiles HIT is driving the shift to clean energy.
At the Beger factory site, a powerful new solar installation is helping support EV charging infrastructure using a combination of hybrid and on-grid systems.
Installed by Hoymiles' local distributor Solar Nicolo, the setup features a mix of technologies: microinverters, hybrid inverters, and battery storage – all working together to cut grid reliance, reduce costs, and deliver stable power.

Their Story
Where solar meets smart mobility
Beger Company Limited – a leading coatings manufacturer based in Thailand – recently installed EV charging stations at their factory to support their shift toward electrified transport.
But powering these stations reliably and sustainably required a strong, but flexible solution.
Solar Nicolo, Hoymiles' trusted Thai distributor, stepped in with a system that combined high-efficiency energy generation with hybrid storage and control – using the carport rooftop for solar panels, and nearby warehouse space for battery and inverter components.

Their Solution
An intelligent, AC-coupled solar system
The total system capacity is 140 kW, which is divided as:
60 kW hybrid system
80 kW on-grid system
20 kW reserved for the Hoymiles hybrid inverter
As part of the hybrid segment, Hoymiles supplied:
1 ×HIT-20L-G3 hybrid inverter – Energy hub in the system.
4 ×LB-5D-G2 low-voltage LFP batteries – Store excess energy for better use.
1 ×DTS-WL-G3 data transfer stick – Collect and transmit system data.
This AC-coupled system allowed for full integration between the existing infrastructure and new energy demands – which is especially important for facilities introducing EV chargers.

Their Success
EV charging, with the power of solar
By combining Hoymiles' hybrid inverter and battery solution with an on-grid system and rooftop microinverters, the team created a smart, stable, and forward-looking energy setup.
Benefits include:
Reduced reliance on the gridLower electricity costs for the factorySmooth, uninterrupted EV charging availability
With key components installed both on the carport and in the adjacent warehouse, Beger's factory is now equipped with a power system designed for success thanks to Hoymiles HIT.
