How to enter

1. Buy. Purchase a HiBattery 4020 X, HiBattery 4020 AC, or an official 4020 Series expansion battery module on a designated e-commerce platform or the official Hoymiles shop.

2. Keep your proof. Save the order confirmation, invoice, or a clear screenshot showing the product name, order number, purchase date, amount and seller.

3. Email your entry. Send the proof to Hibattery@hoymiles.com with this subject line:
HiBattery Buy & Win – [Your Full Name]

4. You’re in. Winners will be emailed on or before 22 September 2026. 

Prizes

Prizes are digital Amazon Gift Cards, sent by email. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Each person may win only one prize.

Who can join

• You are 18 or older and live in Germany, France or the Netherlands.

• You are buying as a private end consumer — not as a business, reseller, distributor or installer.

• You buy an eligible HiBattery 4020 Series product during the campaign period and email a valid proof of purchase.

• One valid order = one entry. Maximum 5 entries per person.

• The same order cannot be submitted more than once.

• Winners are selected at random and notified by email on or before 22 September 2026.

• Winners have 7 days to reply and claim the prize.
