  • What is this program really about for me?

    You install a HiOne system, film a short authentic video of the real job, post it on Instagram / YouTube / LinkedIn / Facebook with the required hashtags and tags, and receive a €100 voucher that you can use on your next HiOne order with the same distributor.
    At the same time your video becomes real social proof that other installers and homeowners see. This makes the next conversation with your customer easier and helps more projects come to you. Good work deserves to be seen — and rewarded.

  • Who can actually take part?

    · You must be a HiOne Certified Installer (successfully completed Hoymiles GTS official training and verified on the GTS platform).
    · The HiOne products must have been purchased from an authorized Hoymiles distributor.
    · The system must be fully installed and successfully activated / commissioned on Hoymiles Cloud.
    · Only one reward per project (multiple installers on the same project cannot claim duplicate rewards).
    If you meet these points, you are eligible.

  • Exact steps I need to follow (kept deliberately simple)

    Finish the installation and activate the system on Hoymiles Cloud.

    Shoot a 15–60 second video in one of these three styles:
    · Product POV – Focus on installation craftsmanship, clean wiring, and aesthetic finish.
    · House Owner POV – Let the customer explain why they chose HiOne and how it feels.
    · Installer POV – Your personal insights, practical tips, and why you like installing HiOne.

    Post the video on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or Facebook.
    · Mandatory hashtags: #HiOne #HoymilesPowerProgram
    · Tag the official account: @Hoymiles
    · Must tag the Hoymiles authorized distributor from whom you purchased the products (this is required for voucher processing).

    D.After posting, email these three things to marketing@hoymiles.com:
    · Direct link(s) to your post(s)
    · Your company name
    · Name of your authorized distributor

    That email is now the key step for voucher processing. No complicated forms.

    Videos must be authentic, professional and lawful. AI-generated or misleading content will be disqualified. Always obtain necessary customer consent before filming or publishing.

  • What do I actually get?

    · Basic Video Incentive (20 May – 30 June 2026 only): €100 voucher per qualified project (maximum €100 per project). Multiple videos of the same project still count as one reward.
    · Monthly Star Incentive (20 May – 30 November 2026): Each calendar month Hoymiles selects the 3 best videos (one from each content track). Winners receive an extra €200 voucher + “HiOne Monthly Star” digital badge.
    · Annual Elite China Journey: Up to 2 certified installers per country/region (selected on verified 2026 installation volume + quality) will be invited to a 3–4 day “HiOne China Journey” in Hangzhou & Shanghai. Winners announced by early December.

    Vouchers are issued by Hoymiles to your distributor, who then passes them to you. You redeem them only against future HiOne purchases with that same distributor. They are non-transferable, non-cash, and valid until 31 December 2026. Only one voucher can be used per purchase contract, and all overdue payments must be settled first.

  • How does the money side work for me?

    You post → you email the link + company + distributor → Hoymiles reviews the video and the Cloud activation (normally by the 7th of the following month) → the voucher is issued to your distributor → your distributor passes it to you.

    You use it on the next order. Your distributor is later reimbursed by Hoymiles. Clean and fully trackable for both sides.

  • I posted the video but forgot to tag the distributor. Is it lost?

    No. Just email the link + your company name + distributor name to marketing@hoymiles.com. That is now the main claim route.

  • Can two videos on the same job both claim the Basic reward?

    No. Only one €100 reward per project.

  • How long until I see the voucher?

    Reviews normally happen in the first week of the following month. Once approved, the voucher is issued to your distributor.

  • What if my video is not chosen as Monthly Star?

    You can still receive the Basic €100 voucher (during the Basic period) if the video and project qualify.

  • What if my video is longer than 1 minute?

    Videos must be at least 15 seconds long. There is no maximum length limit.

  • Tips to increase your chance of becoming a Monthly Star (and getting more organic reach)

    · Keep it under 60 seconds and vertical where possible.
    · Show real craftsmanship or real customer emotion — authenticity performs best.
    · Mention one clear HiOne advantage (fast install, clean look, quiet operation, etc.).
    · Post when your local audience is active and reply to comments.

    Higher engagement helps both the algorithm and the Monthly Star selection.

  • As a distributor, do I have extra work?

    Mainly just receiving the approved voucher from Hoymiles and passing it to your installer, then claiming reimbursement after redemption. The installer email process makes tracking clearer for everyone. You do not need to create extra paperwork.

  • What to do right now

    1.Pick a recent or current HiOne job that is already activated on the Cloud.
    2.Film a short, honest 15–60 second video in one of the three styles.
    3.Post it with the two hashtags and the correct tags.
    Email the link + your company name + distributor name to marketing@hoymiles.com.

    That is all. The process is deliberately simple so more certified installers can take part without extra admin.
