EnerGaïa 2025: Hoymiles Highlights Full-Scenario Solar and Storage Capabilities to Support France's Energy Transition
Montpellier, December 10, 2025 — At EnerGaïa 2025, one of the leading renewable energy expos in France and Southern Europe, Hoymiles presented a comprehensive portfolio of solar and energy storage products covering DIY, residential, C&I, and utility-scale applications, demonstrating its advanced technical expertise and growing influence in the European market.

Full-scenario solutions capturing wide attention
Starting from microinverters and now spanning full-scenario solar and storage applications, Hoymiles has continuously expanded its technological boundaries, offering integrated systems tailored to address diverse energy needs from balconies to utility-scale power plants. The storage products were the highlights among all the exhibits.
Homes and small businesses
The new HiBattery 1920 AC micro storage system for DIY settings, launched in Germany in September 2025, made its first appearance at a European expo. Designed for balcony solar, the AC-coupled system enables true plug-and-play installation and effortless upgrades to existing setups—either directly into a standard home socket or paired seamlessly with microinverters. The 96.5% highest bidirectional efficiency and 87% highest round-trip efficiency help maximize energy utilization and savings.

For homes and small businesses, the HIT Series three-phase low-voltage hybrid inverter paired with LB batteries delivers a fully integrated smart energy system. It supports whole-home backup with a 50A bypass current and provides an uninterrupted power supply with millisecond-level switching during grid fluctuations. Compared with the regular self-consumption mode, HIT’s time-of-use mode increases energy yield by more than 8% through smart energy management.
Furthermore, Hoymiles also introduced its new single-phase low-voltage HIS hybrid inverter series. It works with LB low-voltage batteries to combine power generation, energy storage and home energy management in a single system. Built to meet the energy needs of French households, the slim and lightweight system supports flexible installation even in limited spaces. The 97.7% maximum efficiency, dual MPPT channels and 2:1 DC/AC ratio ensure high performance and configuration flexibility for residential systems.

C&I and utility
HoyUltra 2 is Hoymiles’ latest liquid cooling battery system for C&I and utility settings. It adopts a fully liquid cooling design for the battery and PCS, enabling operation without derating at 50°C. It offers up to 90.3% maximum round-trip efficiency and over 88.4% rated round-trip efficiency. The intelligent liquid-cooling modes and optimized thermal control reduce auxiliary energy consumption by more than 30%. With IP55 protection and C5 corrosion-resistance, the system is safeguarded against dust, water and other challenging conditions. Hoymiles also displayed its HoyPrime all-in-one containerized ESS that can be deployed in C&I projects, PV-ESS-EV systems, microgrids and utility power plants, reducing up-front investment and O&M cost and enhancing the overall lifecycle yield.

During the exhibition, Hoymiles welcomed many industry professionals, EPCs, and distributors at its booth. The company’s French technical service team also delivered keynote speeches at partner booths including BayWa and Voltaneo, offering in-depth insights into product advantages, scenario-based system design, and local service capabilities.

Deepening commitment to the French market
Energy storage adoption is accelerating in France. According to the TURPE 7 reform approved by the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), from August 2026, a new tariff structure will encourage energy storage projects to support the grid during specific hours. This policy move will shift the role of energy storage from a market participant to an essential player in grid stability.
As the world’s No. 1 microinverter provider (excluding the US) and a BNEF Tier 1 global energy storage manufacturer, Hoymiles has had a long presence in the French market. Since 2017, the company has partnered with leading local energy enterprises to promote renewable energy adoption. Its microinverters are widely recognized by French installers and homeowners for their exceptional reliability, safety, and performance. In response to the rising demand for smart energy solutions, Hoymiles is continuously optimizing local services and rolling out storage products to help users achieve energy independence and maximize returns.
Driving a smarter, greener energy future
As France and Europe accelerate toward a low-carbon energy system, Hoymiles remains committed to innovation, customer-centric solutions, and localized operations. By providing advanced, full-scenario solar + storage technologies, the company continues to play a key role in contributing to a more resilient and sustainable European energy landscape. Looking ahead, Hoymiles will strengthen collaboration with global partners to advance the adoption of clean energy worldwide.
