From untamed power
to smart energy

What are microinverters?

When it comes to solar, your panels are just part of the picture. Microinverters perform the critical task of turning raw energy into safe, usable electricity. But this process always creates some amount of waste – electricity you’re creating, but not able to use. When you choose Hoymiles, you get industry-leading efficiency, low failure rates and premium quality. So you can get more from your installation and accelerate your journey to open energy.

How do microinverters work?

Microinverters are installed alongside your solar panels – we offer options from 1-in-1 to six panels connected to a single microinverter.

Microinverters turn Direct Current (DC) power into usable Alternating Current (AC) power on a per-panel basis.

Use a Data Transfer Unit (DTU) to collect data from microinverters and monitor power generation in our S-Miles Cloud platform.
  • HM400 (1-in-1)

  • HM-800 (2-in-1)

  • HM-1500 (4-in-1)

  • HMT-2250 (6-in-1)
