Sales Manager (North America)

This role will lead commercial efforts and establish contact with potential buyers of the company (installers, distributors, EPCs, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategy and achieve sales objectives for distributed generation segment in the region.
- Analyze the market and industry, and work with relevant departments to develop marketing strategy.
- Participate in regional marketing events such as trade shows, road shows, technical training, etc.
- Customer relationship and retention: responsible for strategic cooperation with key clients and visiting, receiving and maintaining business relations with important clients.
- Lead and manage sales team in the region, set clear objectives, achieve proper team operation and build a high performance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher with at least five years of sales experience, preferably in PV industry and North America market
- Be a leader and a team player with high EQ and small ego, with a track record of building strong relationships and driving new business opportunities.
- Result oriented and self driven.
- English as working language.
